I want to lose a wee bit of weight and tone up a few wee “soft” areas – you know what i mean ladies! lol – i do have a mini trampoline in the house which i havent used for a couple of years. How effective would that be? How good is it for cardio, fat burning and toning?
Im a TOTAL non exerciser *blush* although i do walk the dog lol – so any help would be amazing!
Thanks everyone
this is how i exercise i do it for 20-30 mins a day, breaking it down into 2 or 3 units of 10 mins depending how busy i am. i also bought 2 hand weights from lidl which were only £3 they are 1kg in weight each and while im boucing i am lifting my arms with the weights and i have lost 32lbs in 6 months. i still have 28lbs to lose but it wouldnt have happened without my trampoline. so get it out while the soaps are on or get the music channel on and get a bouncing girlie !!

2010 Mar 04 1Put on your fave dvd and get bouncing on it!!! It is good for cardio and overall toning. Have you thought about getting a fitness dvd too? Try ebay, it’s great for a few bargain ones and maybe you could learn a new skill, salsa or something? Good luck
